Orders

Orders are confirmed once our team acknowledges them via WhatsApp, phone or email and payment/logistics have been agreed.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and may change based on market conditions. Delivery fees are confirmed per order. We accept bank transfer, pay on delivery (where available) and — soon — online payment.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide via cold-chain logistics partners. Delivery windows depend on your location and product availability.

Returns

Please inspect your order on delivery. Any quality issue must be reported within 2 hours of receipt with photo evidence for a replacement or refund.
